After finishing his master’s degree at University of Birmingham, he then pursued his Ph.D. in behavioral finance at University Sains Malaysia. During his Ph.D. program, he was a research fellow for three years in the same university.
Recently, he lectures at University Malaysia Sarawak. Teaching several subjects such as Research Methodology, Statistics, Business Mathematics, International Finance, Fixed-Income Securities, and other subjects. He was a visiting scholar in Japan and Indonesia. Furthermore, he is an associate managing editor for the International Journal of Business and Society; a Q3 Scopus-index journal. He also delivers talks and workshops about Research Methodology and Publication in several universities, especially in Indonesia.
